SAKI Kitchen Return Policy
Our return policy is available for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your SAKI item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please remember that you must present your receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, we only grant partial refunds: (if applicable)
- * Any SAKI item not in its original condition, which has been damaged or has missing parts not due to a SAKI Kitchen error.
- * Items returned after more than 30 days from delivery.
SAKI Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as we receive and investigate your return request, our team will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification if we have already received your returned item, or if we have either approved or rejected your refund request.
In case of approval, our team will process the refund. Within a few days, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case you have not received your refund in a few days, follow these steps:
- 1. Check your Bank / Paypal / Original Method of Payment account again.
- 2. Contact your credit card company.
- 3. Contact your bank. The delay might be caused by refund-related processing times.
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your money back, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Please note that unfortunately, we do not refund sale items. Only regular priced SAKI items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace SAKI items in case they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you as soon as we can.
If the SAKI item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves with the intention to surprise you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Returns shipping costs
Please note that in case of returned items, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Also, keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for exchanged SAKI items to reach you may vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
